I've been ordering custom boxes from this company for several years now. Sure, their prices can be a tad steep at times, but honestly, the quality and quick turnaround make it worth the extra cash.

Packaging Blue has failed to uphold their legal agreement by not providing me with a reprint for the poor quality color of my proof box, which I paid $80.00 for, as clearly outlined in the order agreement.

They've completely ignored my request for a reprint, which they were supposed to do according to the order agreement. This is a clear breach, so I'm taking them to small claims court to get my $80.00 back and to address their inability to deliver an acceptable reprint of my dull and dark proof box.

I’m really let down and honestly disgusted by Packaging Blue's lack of professionalism and their failure to keep their word in our legal agreement.

Shame on you, Packaging Blue!
